Users can request a copy of a mandate at any time. To track the complete history of changes made to a mandate since its creation, SEPA Payment Suite provides the following elements in response to a query:

An image of the original signed mandate;

The list of amendments made to the mandate (including supporting documentation, if available);

A PDF file containing the computerized data of the current mandate.
The image of the original mandate and of supporting documentation for amendments is provided by a connection to an EDM tool that stores various scanned images on behalf of the creditor.
