Once a SDD is included in a collection, the transaction cannot be individually updated.
A collection registered in the database can be amended as long as it has not been integrated into a collection file. Any amendment to a collection must be validated if the collection validation parameter is active.
The following collection data may also be amended by an authorised user:
The payment date;
The creditor’s account (BIC+IBAN).
Amendments made to collections also affect the transactions contained within them. The systems carries out consistency checks on the amended collection before registering it in the database: payment date valid and creditor’s account authorised. The amendments carried out are tracked within the collection audit trail.
In addition, the system allows each transaction to be individually removed from a collection. In that case, the status of the transaction returns to “Created” if the due date is still valid or “Obsolete” ibn the other case. The SDD can subsequently be integrated into a new collection.
