Downloading collection files is available within the application. A user may only download collection files that contain transactions belonging to his scope of vision.
It is possible to download collection files from the ‘Collection file search’ page or from the ‘Collection file detail’ page.
In order to be able to download the collection file, its status has to be ‘ISSUED’. If a bank statement file has been integrated pertaining to the collection file and transactions have been acknowledged, rejected or returned, it is no longer possible to download the file. This is to avoid sending the file multiple times to the bank.
