Actions on cancel quit session timeout

During the signature process, the user can cancel, quit or his session can timeout. For each of those actions there are specific actions that must be done on SPS the attached mandate.

Let’s describe those actions:

  • The signature process is cancelled: at the step 2 of the signature session, if the user cancels the process, the mandate is erased on the side of SPS.

  • The signature process timed out:

    • At the step 2 of the signature session, if the session timeout, the mandate will be erased on SPS.

    • At the step 3 of the signature session, if the session timeout, the mandate will be mark as “REVOKED” on SPS. This is required for billing purpose.

  • The user quit the signature process:

    • At the step 2 of the signature session, if the user quits the process, the mandate will be erased from SPS.

    • At the step 3 of the signature session, if the user quit the process without clicking on the “Continue” button, the mandate will be marked as “REVOKED” after the session timeout. This is required for billing purpose.
